We believe in the power of healthy food and that's why our menu features wholesome, fresh, organic bites that are lovingly made with a gourmet flair, and fresh-baked artisan bagels and biscuits made from 100% organic flour and prepared in small batches. We believe in supporting local and that's why we're serving coffee sourced from an Iowa company. We take pride in using clean, chemical-free produce and meats, and locally sourced items whenever possible to create flavors you can feel good about.
